They went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience. the breakfast buffet was impressive with a wide range of options and impeccable presentation. the hotel is conveniently located close to several city landmarks without being in the middle of the noisy city center.
The noise level was problematic for me. During the night, I could hear the generator and other loud sounds.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for us as we were able to reach all the attractions in the city in just 15 minutes. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They gave us a plate of fruit as a gesture of goodwill when the AC in our first room was not working. , the breakfast offered a great variety of food and was presented very well.
The nightclub near the hotel was a loud disturbance and kept playing music until very late at night, making it difficult to get a restful night's sleep. The hotel itself was not up to par with what we expected from a 4-star hotel, as some of the furniture seemed worn out and the A/C controller in one of our rooms was broken.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is superb and all the major attractions of the city are just a 15-minute drive away. The hotel facilities are top-notch and we particularly enjoyed the spacious rooms with living areas. The breakfast spread was excellent with a wide variety of options. However, the best part of our stay was the exceptional staff. They were extremely helpful, polite, and went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.

Its convenient location allowed quick access to several city landmarks. the staff were outstanding; accommodating, helpful, and friendly. the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-presented with a comfortable living room and a well-maintained bathroom. the food offered for breakfast was outstanding. We also appreciated their flexibility with the checkout time. the customer service and facilities at this hotel are second to none.
The hotel could benefit from soundproofing measures to minimize any noise disturbance from nearby clubs or traffic.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The staff here are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. From the management to the cleaning staff, everyone is attentive and dedicated to providing the best service. I was impressed by the flexibility they showed with my check-out time, accommodating my late flight. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a great variety of options. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a separate living area that added to the comfort.
I highly recommend this hotel to all.
